Diamond circle

This is a 10 hours ring trip. We start in Akureyri and on our way to Goðafoss we drive through the 7,5 km long Vaðlaheiðartunnel. After a good stop at Goðafoss we drive to lake Mývatn where we will stop on many location from there we drive to Dettifoss whitch is Iceland biggest waterfall. After our stop at Dettifoss we drive to Ásbyrgi witch is on of the most basutifull place in Iceland after stopping there  that we drive to Husavik and if we are lucky we could spot som puffins on our way. Husavík is the capital of whale watching in Iceland and home of the Eurovision film. This is a nice place to sit down for a drink or a meal. After that we drive back to Akureyri and instead of the tunnel we go over the Vikurskarð where we have a great views over the mountains and the fjord.
